permission from BMC i.e. Occupation Certificate.
Their projects are registered with RERA and it was easy for us to get our
home loan from a reputed Bank as all the required documents regarding
loan required by the bank was provided by them.

I would like to give a brief description about my resident building Shree Sai Prasad. My family and I have been residing at Shree Sai Prasad for more than 50 years now since 1970s. Before 2013 we were tenants at Shree Sai Prasad. In 2013, Nivara Developers - Mr. Nilesh Patil and Mr. Prasad Patil proposed for redeveloping of Shree Sai Prasad to the Landlord. Once the building went into redevelopment it was completed in a time period of 2 years. Nivara Developers were very efficient with the whole process. We received all our rents timely. The building is very perfectly constructed with good design and architecture. The fittings given in the rooms and bathrooms are good too. Overall our experience with Nivara builders has been great and their work is commendable.
